1. Who we are

This website is operated by Irish Crafts, Unit 8, Plato Business Park Damastown Road, Damastown Industrial Park, Dublin, Co. Dublin, D15 WN20, Ireland. Contact: hello@irishcraftstore.com.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. Because pieces are printed to order, small variations in layer texture and tone are a natural part of each object.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and include Irish VAT. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping & Returns page.

5. Your right to cancel

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days. Custom-coloured or custom-sized pieces made to your specification are excluded unless faulty.

6. Guarantee

See our Guarantee & Repairs page. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. EU consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
