Irish Crafts
Our Story
A small Irish studio making quiet, lasting objects. We bring Japanese restraint and Scandinavian warmth to the slow craft of the west of Ireland.

Irish Crafts began at a kitchen table with one printer, a stack of design books and a simple belief: the objects we live with should be calm, useful and made to last.
We grew up surrounded by Irish craft: hand-thrown pottery from Kilkenny, linen from the north, baskets woven from willow. We later fell in love with the Japanese idea of ma, the beauty of empty space, and with the Scandinavian instinct for warmth and function. Japandi is where those worlds meet, and it felt instantly familiar to us. It is honest, it is unhurried and it is rooted in nature.
Why 3D printing?
Printing lets us make each piece only when it is ordered, here in Ireland. That means no warehouses of unsold stock and no long shipping routes from the other side of the world. Every vase, lamp and vessel is built up in hundreds of fine layers, and those layers give our pieces their soft, linen-like texture. You can see the process in the final object, and we think that is beautiful.
Will this still feel right in twenty years? If the answer is yes, we make it.
The Irish Crafts studio rule
Made in Ireland, for Europe
Our studio is on the west coast of Ireland. We source plant-based PLA from European manufacturers, pack every order in recycled, plastic-free card and ship across Ireland and the European Union. Because we are inside the EU, there are no customs forms and no surprise import fees. Your order simply arrives.

What we believe
- Fewer, better things. We release new pieces slowly and only when they earn their place.
- Honest materials. Matte, plant-based and finished by hand, with nothing pretending to be what it isn’t.
- Made close to home. Designed, printed, packed and shipped from Ireland.
- Built to last, then recycled. A two-year guarantee and lifetime take-back on everything we make.
