Answers to the questions we hear most often.
Is everything really made in Ireland?
Yes. Every piece is designed, 3D printed, finished and packed in our studio in Ireland. Our filament comes from European suppliers.
What is 3D printed decor made from?
We print in PLA, a plant-based bioplastic made from renewable starches. It is lightweight, durable and has a lovely matte, slightly textured finish.
Can I put fresh flowers in the vases?
Vases marked watertight are sealed for fresh flowers. Others are designed for dried stems or can be used with a small glass insert.
Can I choose a custom colour or size?
Each piece comes in our five matte finishes. For custom sizes, colours or larger interior and hospitality orders, email hello@irishcraftstore.com and we will be happy to help.
How long does delivery take?
We print to order and usually dispatch within 3–5 working days. Delivery then takes 1–2 days in Ireland and 3–5 days elsewhere in the EU.
Do you ship outside the EU?
We currently ship to Ireland, the EU and the United Kingdom. Contact us if you would like delivery elsewhere.
Are the lamps safe?
Our lamps use CE-marked fittings and cables, are designed for low-heat LED bulbs (max 7W) and are tested before dispatch.
