Irish Crafts
Guarantee & Repairs
Every Irish Crafts piece is guaranteed for two years, and we will repair or reprint anything that is not right.
Two-year guarantee
We make every piece to last. If a defect in materials or workmanship appears within two years of delivery, such as a layer separating, a seal failing or a lamp fitting faulting, we will repair or reprint it free of charge.
Accidents happen
Dropped a vase? Because every piece is printed to order, we can reprint a replacement at 40% off. Just send us a photo and your order number.
How to claim
- Email hello@irishcraftstore.com with your order number and a photo.
- We reply within one working day, usually with a replacement already on the printer.
- No need to send the original back unless we ask. We will tell you how to recycle it.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer in Ireland and the EU.
