Description

Fuinneog means window. The fine geometric lattice comes from traditional Japanese kumiko woodwork, and the translucent panels soften the light like paper.

Designed with restraint, printed slowly in our Irish studio and finished by hand. Each piece shows the fine layer lines of its making, a quiet mark of craft.

Every piece is printed to order in our studio in Dublin, Ireland, in small batches on carefully tuned printers. Each layer is laid down slowly for a fine, even surface, then finished and inspected by hand before it is packed in plastic-free, recycled card.

We use plant-based PLA from European suppliers, ship across Ireland and the EU with no customs surprises, and take back any Irish Crafts piece at the end of its life for recycling.

Caring for your piece

  • Dust with a soft, dry cloth. For marks, use a damp cloth with a drop of mild soap.
  • Keep away from heat above 50°C: no dishwashers, radiators or hot cars.
  • Vases marked watertight are sealed for fresh flowers. Change the water often.
  • Lamps: use LED bulbs only (max 7W, 2700K recommended).
